Beer of the Month from Town and Country Liquors was Shiner Holiday Cheer from Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas. Present: Rocky Stoltz, Dale Sattler, Paul Ellerkamp and Ryan Jilek Beer of the Month was a Schell Maifest from Town & Country Liquors. This beer was a very nice golden color with excellent clarity. Kolsch in bottles

Ryan, Rocky and Jon bottled the batch of Kolsch that was brewed at the KC Beer Taste.  We bottled it in 50 – 12 ounce brown bottles secured with crown caps.  We also sampled the beers Ryan had on tap: Chokecherry Stout, IPA and Belgian Wit.  Cheers!
