Present: Katsu Ogawa, Craig Whippo, Greg Walter, Jerry Ford and Jon Stika. Club elections were held for the positions of President and Secretary. Jon nominated Jerry Ford for president, seconded by Craig, all approved. Jon nominated Katsu Ogawa for secretary, seconded by Jerry, all approved. Discussed upcoming YuleTyme event for DSU Heritage Foundation on December 14, 2019 at the Biesiot Activities Center. All three beers have been brewed by Greg, Rocky, and Jon. Discussed change of venue and time of the monthly meeting to Phat Fish Brewing at 5:30 PM.  Jon will follow-up with Phat Fish Brewing to be certain that holding the meeting there is acceptable. Discussed upcoming YuleTyme event scheduled for December.  Discussed club carbon dioxide equipment.  Motion by Ford, seconded by Whippo, for club to purchase more carbon dioxide to restore the existing cylinder which is essentially empty.  Discussed Phat Fish Brewery and planned opening in June.
