Discussed upcoming events. Jon has club batch of Pale Ale brewed for the Chocolate Affair at DSU and will represent the club serving it at the event. Jon has been in contact with Two-Track Malting of Lincoln, ND and has received an invitation for a future tour. Also discussed next barrel beer. The consensus was to brew a strong Scotch Ale. Jon will send out a base recipe and survey for brewers who wish to participate.
