Discussed Southwest Water chemistry and how it could be adjusted for brewing beer. Discussed the upcoming “A Chocolate Affair +” fundraiser for Best Friends Mentoring scheduled for April 21, 2018 at the Biesiot Activities Center. Rocky ordered Cream Ale, Amber Ale, and IPA kits from Midwest Supplies to be delivered to Jon who will brew and condition them to be served at A Chocolate Affair +. Jon displayed the new vinyl club banner printed by Service Printers.
