{"id":742,"date":"2013-10-28T20:26:25","date_gmt":"2013-10-29T00:26:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.heartriverhomebrewers.com\/?p=742"},"modified":"2013-10-28T20:26:25","modified_gmt":"2013-10-29T00:26:25","slug":"october-2013-minutes-of-the-heart-river-home-brewers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.heartriverhomebrewers.com\/?p=742","title":{"rendered":"October 2013 Minutes of the Heart River Home Brewers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Present: Jerry Ford, Rocky Stoltz, Ryan Jilek, Glen Bruhschwein, Joel Empter and Jon Stika.<\/p>\n<p>Discussed embroidered &#8220;Heart River Home Brewers&#8221; shirts.\u00a0 Jon will send a message out to members to get a count on shirts desired then an order will be consolidated.\u00a0 It was decided that the club will supply shirts to be delivered to the embroiderer in Bismarck.<\/p>\n<p>Jon will send out a poll to determine dates to remove Brown Ale from barrel 1.\u00a0 Motion by Jilek, seconded by Bruhschwein that the club would purchase the necessary chemicals to clean and sanitize the club barrels before the next beers are placed in them.\u00a0 Motion passed.\u00a0 Jilek will determine necessary chemicals and quantities and notify Bruhschwein, so the chemicals can be picked up in Minneapolis in the next couple weeks.\u00a0 Old Ale will be placed in barrel 1 after the Brown ale is removed and the barrel sanitized.\u00a0 It is anticipated that the Old Ale will be placed in Barrel 1 in late December.<\/p>\n<p>Stika reported that he is scheduled to judge at the Hoppy Halloween homebrew competition in Fargo October 25 &amp; 26.\u00a0 Jilek is scheduled to steward at same competition October 26.<\/p>\n<p>Jon Stika<br \/>\nSecretary<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Present: Jerry Ford, Rocky Stoltz, Ryan Jilek, Glen Bruhschwein, Joel Empter and Jon Stika.
